An exotic Amazonian fish with human-like teeth, called Pacu, has been found in a New Jersey lake by a man and his son who were out fishing.
The men caught the big fish and were extremely surprised to find out that it had extremely human-like teeth. They immediately googled this pretty characteristic description and found out that they had caught an exotic Amazonian fish that goes by the name of Pacu.
Then, upon extending their research, they found out that this particular fish is also called a “Nutcracker”, possibly due to some dubious dietary choices that it makes. It seems that this fish sinks his human-like teeth into human testicles, upon encountering swimmers.
And this has to be part of any man’s nightmare. A big fish with extremely human-like teeth that’s on the prowl for testicles makes swimming in lakes so much less attractive. Swimming pools have actually never sounded better, simply because they are Pacu-free.
It seems that this type of fish is quite popular among those who want to add an exotic touch to their aquariums. However, it is mostly popular among those people who do not think ahead, since the Pacu fish grows up to be pretty large. And so, like many other unwanted pets, they are released in the lake.
Somehow, releasing a testicle-biting fish in a like seems like something pretty darn sadistic though. On the bright side, the ball-buster has been apprehended before making any victims and so the day is saved once again by sheer luck.
Ultimately it is not exactly sure that this particular Pacu fish is among those who actually dines on testicles. It appears that there are a lot of types of fish that go by the name Pacu and it is very easy to become confused.Furthermore, it is possible that this dangerous behavior could be more of an urban myth than reality.
The Pacu is actually known as the vegetarian piranha, because it does not usually feed on meat, but on nuts and various types of seeds, which it can break with its teeth. This is a much more likely explanation for its Nutcracker nickname.
It is often confused with piranhas, but its teeth are quite different. While piranhas have slim pointy teeth, the Pacu has dented rectangular teeth, like humans do. Wherever it came from, the Pacu fish from New Jersey seems to have been alone. Therefore all men, along with their family jewels are safe for now.
