A Youtube channel, or, better yet, a project-based website which went viral, named Twin Strangers, finds another set of doppelgangers on the Internet even though they aren’t related. Moreover, the age difference between the two American women is ten years.
The Twin Strangers project was initiated by Dublin-based Niamh Geaney, 26, who wanted to find out whether she might have a doppelganger, whereas she found two of her “identical twins”, who weren’t related to Geaney either. She claims her closest lookalike was from Ireland too, and that she found her in approximately two weeks. On the other hand, Geaney’s other lookalike was from Italy.
Moreover, Geaney claimed her meet-ups were life-changing, therefore she co-founded the website Twin Strangers, which would allow others to find their identical matches as well.
Geaney said that when the two women met for the first time, it all seemed surreal to them, the same feeling she experienced when meeting her doppelgangers.
Ambra, 23, lives in Fayetteville, NC, whereas Jennifer, 33, is from Spring, TX, and they are the latest pair of doppelgangers. They had the chance to meet face to face, and Ambra said she was stunned. Ambra said the resemblance between their complexions was astounding, and she just couldn’t take her eyes off Jennifer.
So, basically, the two women met via the Twin Strangers website, as the women reported that they inserted their parameters, and then they were able to actually meet, even though they felt odd at first.
Ambra and Jennifer were subjects of a makeover, which implied they wore the same clothes and similar makeup, to make the similarity even more striking. Jennifer’s mother, Karen, was truly blown away and confused and said to Ambra:
“You’re my daughter!” She said “your smiles are the same.”
Karen intends to investigate their genealogical trees, because she doesn’t believe this is a mere coincidence.
Moreover, Jennifer said that in five minutes after registering, the website had found her match.
The Twin Strangers official website allows anyone to find their twin. All you have to do is upload your photo, whereas the website deals with finding a match for you. Their Facebook page is quite popular too, as photos are frequently updated over there too. So is their Youtube channel.
