All the attention on Apple seems to be recently concentrated on the upcoming iPhone version and new Apple TV which are to be unveiled on September 9; but other tech rumors suggest that Apple might also be moving on one of its most profitable fronts, with a new version of the iPad Pro reportedly in the makings
Rumors are flying thick and fast about the giant sized Apple tablet which is in the making. The Apple Tablet boasts a display size of 12.2 inches and will be of the same thickness as an iPhone.
If the Japanese tech site macotakara is to be believed, the oversized iteration of the next iPad will be featuring stereo speakers and a second microphone. The next iPad will be developed keeping in view education as well as the needs of enterprise market.
Rumors sourced to accurate and varied sources all hint that Apple is working on a larger tablet for some time now. However macotakara report has highlighted something different for the first time- the device’s sound system and also confirmed that the iPad will have a 12.2 inches screen. Rumors earlier had said that the iPad will have a 12.9 inch screen.
Apple has recently released two new iPads. However experts feel that it will do little to halt the falling share of Apple in the tablet market. The company had pioneered the tablet market by launching the iPad in 2010. It has dominated the market ever since and was considered the standard in the tablet segment. The recently released iPad Air 2 is another step in this direction with Apple taking an excellent tablet and making it even better.
The latest releases of iPad are thinner and lighter than its predecessors. It also has a more powerful processor which makes it faster. The chip which is the heart of the new iPad Air is 40% faster and gives 21/2 times better graphic performance as compared to its predecessor.
Coming back to the iPad Pro rumors Macotakara has a good record of giving accurate Apple product rumors though it cannot be deemed 100% accurate. It has most recently predicted accurately the arrival of iPad Mini 3 last month. However its claim of new Smart Cover and Smart Case color options that did turn out to be true. It has also correctly predicted in the past about details on redesigns for the iPod touch and iPod Nano back in 2012.
