
Comedian Steve Brown assaulted on Sunday evening on stage by rowdy attendee.
Comedian Steve Brown was recently involved in a brawl which took place the Decker Boulevard Comedy House. The eyewitnesses declared that a man riled up by Brown’s comments and in an advanced state of intoxication rose up from the table and attacked the comedian on stage. Several club customers were injured during the incident.

According to the official police report, the incident occurrent on Sunday night at The House of Comedy club. After consuming several alcoholic beverages at the club an individual, identified only as Marvin, became irritated by Brown’s facetious comments and attacked the comedian on stage.
The unknown assailant fled the scene before the authorities arrived. As always, the deputies are turning towards the public and asks citizens for information regarding the individual to call the authorities as soon as possible.
But what really happened that night at the House of Comedy? Tumika LaSha was one of the many audience members who witnessed Marvin’s rampage and even managed to capture the whole event on tape.
Apparently, the man came in carrying a big chip on his shoulder which he tried to drown in alcohol. LaSha said that throughout Brown’s performance, Marvin was fazed out, staring into a corner. Steve Brown observed the individual and asked if he hates the show.
Marvin stood silent. The comedian asked again and still could elicit no response. At one point, Marvin got up from his table, jumped over LaSha’s table and rushed to the scene where he attacked the comedian.
First, he tried to hit him in the face with the mic and when that didn’t, Marvin, who was also shirtless, lifted the mic’s heavy stand and hurled it towards Brown. The comedian ducked, and the stand hit some of the public members. Marvin fled before the authorities arrived.
