Florida Man Had an Outstanding Arrest Warrant for Violating Terms of Probation
The author of the recent cornish attack which allegedly took place at a Florida gas station is 35-year-old Cavan McDaniel, a man who, according to authorities, was wanted in Pasco County for violating the terms of his probation.
McDaniel’s attack was captured on the gas station security tape which authorities used in order to ID and to track down the author. In the first few seconds of the tape, McDaniel’s can be seen walking aimlessly through the gas station, stopping for a moment in front of the beer fridge from here he picked up a pack.
After getting his ale, the man walked up to the counter in order to pay for it. Minutes later, a woman gas station clerk can be seen talking to the man. According to the other gas station worker who witnessed the event, his colleague told McDaniel that she refuses to sell him alcohol. The police have yet to reveal why the woman refused to the beer pack to the Florida man.
The tape reveals an irked and agitated McDaniel, apparently trying to reason with the gas station clerk. At one point, the man can be seen grabbing a hot dog and lunging at his victim who pressed the panic button.
Before the authorities arrived to take the Florida man into custody, McDaniel tried to stab the gas station clerk in the eye with a corn dog stick.
