Florida Sisters Irked Because Victim Cut One Off in Traffic
According to the authorities, the events were set in motion on Thursday, at around noon, when 26-year-old Mikaela Barboza was driving on the U.S. 411 freeway, on her way home. The woman told the authorities that she tried making a turn in traffic and, accidentally, cut off a woman.
Minutes later, another call pulled next to her and a female driver ‘calmly’ informer Barboza that it was disrespectful to cut her sister in traffic. The woman drove away only to discover that the Florida sister was pursuing her.
Fearing for her life, the woman drove to a nearby shopping plaza, expecting to lose the two angry drivers. It was not meant to be.
As soon as Barboza pulled her car in the parking lot, one of the two sisters blocked off her car, while the other came at her with a baseball bat.
After a brief exchange of foul words, the woman Barboza cut off in traffic hit her in the head with the baseball bat. Barboza managed to take the bat away before she could swing again.
The two wrestled on the ground for some time, until the woman’s sister came, picked up the baseball bat, and continued hitting Barboza who fought her sister.
After several bystanders intervened, Barboza managed to escape. Unfortunately, so did the Florida sisters.
The woman was taken to the hospital where she required several stitches for her injuries. At the moment, the authorities are trying to locate the two female drivers based on Barboza’s recording.
