Easter Jeep Safari which takes place from March 28 through April 5 in Moab, Utah. Every year Jeep and Mopar roll out several never-before-seen concept vehicles.
This year Jeep will be showing of seven concept vehicles. These concepts range from the old-school Staff Car, to the novel Wrangler Red Rock Responder emergency vehicle.
“Jeep is proud to be taking seven new eye-catching and extremely capable vehicles to the Easter Jeep Safari, where we expect to delight our most loyal enthusiasts, we go to this legendary event each year to showcase our latest Jeep production vehicles, as well as a variety of new ideas in our concept vehicles. In doing so, we receive a tremendous amount of valuable feedback, while interacting with our customers in the Jeep brand’s natural environment. We’re especially looking forward to this year’s Jeep Safari, as Renegade makes its official public debut on Moab’s demanding trails.” said Jeep President and CEO Mike Manley.
First comes the Jeep Staff Car, with basic steel wheels, no doors, a “hungry horse” canvas roof, a blackout lamp mounted to the front fender, and a military gas can.
The Wrangler Red Rock Responder is a modern rescue vehicle. The large cargo area, which makes it look somewhat like a Hummer, is stocked with spare parts and tools stowed in compartments and drawers.
Jeep chief is inspired by the 1970’s Cherokee and it sis little laid back. Its design is also heavily influenced by beach culture.
Other concepts set to debut at the Easter Jeep Safari include the Jeep Wrangler Africa, the Jeep Grand Cherokee Overlander, the Jeep Cherokee Canyon Trail, and the Jeep Renegade Desert Hawk.
