California women who lawyers say that she would have never taken her family to the SeaWorld in 2011 if she knew about the way the park treated the whales, forced breading, powerful drugs, and cramped quarters.
The lawsuit says that all the tickets from the last four years should be refunded, as SeaWorld has misled the people about its care for the whales.
The lawsuit comes two years after the documentary Blackfish.
The documentary, through the story of a whale has exposed how the poor Ocra whales are being abused by the sea-park industry.
Tuesday, former SeaWorld ocra trainer John Hagrove has published his own expose, beneath the surface: Killer Whales, SeaWorld, and the truth beyond Blackfish
“A publicity stunt intended to generate more news coverage of John Hargrove’s anti-SeaWorld book, no higher priority for SeaWorld than the health and well-being of its animals,” SeaWorld said about the suit.
