Samsung is one of the best tech companies nowadays. They are producing many types of devices, from smartphones to robotic vacuums. They have been on the PC market for quite some time and they are known for their great PCs.
Now they want to enter the PC Gaming market and this is why they just released their first gaming PC named Notebook Odyssey. Thy revealed this device at the CES 2017 along with other interesting devices including speakers and vacuums.
The Notebook Odyssey is going to be available on the market in a short period of time. It comes in 2 different sizes. One has 15.6-inch and the other 17.3-inch. Both of these sizes are great for gaming. Also, both of these models have a Quad Core 7th Generation processor from Intel. They also come with a 1080p, Anti-glare display.
These notebooks also have a special cooling and ventilation system named HexaFlow Vent. This is great for those gamers who like to spend hours playing without stopping. This way they can enjoy their games without worrying about their computer.
Of course, there are some differences between these two models. The 17.3-inch model has up to 64GB DDR4 Memory and triple storage. This model also has a Type-C and 4 other USB 3.0. The battery life is better for this model because it has a 93Wh battery.
The smaller model has 32 GB DDR4 memory and dual storage. It has only two USB, 1 USB 2.0 and other 3.0. The battery life for this model is not a great as the other because it has a 43Wh battery. The only thing that is different from the bigger version is that you can pick the color of the PC: black or white. The 17.3-inch model comes only in black.
All of the features are great for Samsung’s first gaming PC, Notebook Odyssey. Since this is their first try in this domain they might have to wait a little bit before they earn their place on the market. Let’s hope that they are going to create better models every year.
