Hillary Clinton likely to announce her 2016 presidential bid anytime soon

April 6, 2015 By Stephanie James 2 Comments

Hillary Clinton

As the US is gearing up to hold the presidential elections in 2016, the most awaited declaration can be anytime now.

According to a report, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is expected to declare her candidacy for the presidential election as soon as today.

This may not be surprising for anyone, the exact timing of the announcement has not been revealed and has been kept ‘well-protected’ as well as ‘closely guarded’.

The political analysts said that Clinton, who has kept everyone anticipating about her poll ambitions for so long, is ready to make her move much earlier than actually expected.

A report said that most of the staffers, who are hired especially for Clinton’s presidential campaign, have actually no idea when the former Secretary of State is going to make the most awaited announcement. They, however, have been already asked to be ready to commence their campaign roles at any moment, which is starting from Monday.

Until the announcement is made, the staffs are working out of an office that is exclusively meant for Clinton’s personal staff. The digital team of the campaign-in-waiting has reportedly been operating out of the kitchen of the space.

Several polls have named Clinton as the clear favorite who will clinch the Democratic presidential nomination. Moreover, the political experts have been already fretting that if Clinton succeeds in passing the torch, the Republicans will recapture the White House and finally put an end to the era of Hope & Change.

Clinton to focus on fundraising for presidential primaries campaign

March 25, 2015 By Stephen Kenwright

clinton-1-1114

Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and his fundraising team have planned to raise a good amount of money for the presidential primaries when she will launch her much-awaited election campaign for 2016.

According to the reports, she will be avoiding general election fundraising initially.

Democrats, who were familiar with the fundraising plans, said that the campaign finance strategy will help in avoiding anything being taken for granted despite her influential and dominant position among the potential candidates from the party for presidential election.

The Democrats revealed the plans on condition of anonymity, saying they are still not authorized to publicly disclose Clinton’s plans for election campaign.

News portal BuzzFeed first reported the news of Clinton’s fundraising plans.

Dennis Cheng, who was a member of the fundraising team for the Clinton Foundation and Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign in 2008, will be leading the finance operation of the former Secretary of State.

The fundraisers behind Clinton’s last presidential campaign raised money together for both primary and general elections. This limited the use of some funds for the campaign in the primary election against President Barack Obama.

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker to address in Phoenix

March 21, 2015 By Stephanie James

wis

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker will address a luncheon on Wednesday in downtown Phoenix.

Walker will be the headline speaker at the event which will be organized by the Arizona Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday.

According to the organizers, the luncheon is a part of the leadership series that features the political big wigs considering a presidential bid in 2016.

Walker is the frontrunner among the probable presidential conservatives, thanks to his anti-union approach.

The prospective Republican candidate for the 2016 presidential elections has been making appearances at several GOP events. He has been seen billing himself as a leader having potential and experience to put the nation on the right path.

Walker succeeded in claiming victory in a recall election in the year 2012.

Arizona Governor Doug Ducey will also be among the attendee of the event.

Hillary Clinton goes Twitter way ahead of likely presidential bid

March 18, 2015 By Kyle Mills

clinton

It seems former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has pulled up her sleeves to launch a power pact campaign for the presidential election in 2016.

Clinton is taking the Twitter’s way to observe the political trends before making a financial announced for her presidential bid.

The former Secretary of State is being seen as a potential frontrunner among her colleagues in the ruling Democratic Party against Republicans.

According to the reports, Clinton is increasingly preferring the micro-blogging site for indulging into the daily political conversations ahead of launching her certain campaign for the presidential elections in 2016 in the coming weeks.

Political analysts call it a simple and easy technique for getting distracted by the lingering questions about a recent controversy over her reliance on a personal email account while holding the post of Secretary of State.

This will also help Clinton in analyzing her mass appeal and reach among her opponents, supporters, and the media.

The political experts also belief that the networking forum is an easily controlled and managed medium where the politicos can limit herself to a few words, impose greater impact and avert controversy.

Her latest tweets came on Tuesday night as she offered a critique on the House GOP a budget introduced earlier in the day, which proposed USD 5.5 trillion in cuts over the next decade and would repeal the Affordable Care Act (AAA).

“Budgets reflect our priorities. They should help families get ahead, educate our kids, and spark small business growth,” she tweeted.

“Our nation’s future-jobs & economic growth-depends on investments made today. The GOP budget fails Americans on these principles,” Clinton said in her another tweet.

Criticizing Republicans’ proposals to kill the health care law and to lower down Pell Grants, she tweeted, “Making college more affordable is an investment in our kids and economic growth. Cuts to Pell Grants hold our kids back.”

Clinton enjoys a bigger bullhorn on the micro-blogging site in comparison to her potential rivals in both Democratic as well as Republican. She is behind the three million followers on Twitter by a minimal difference.
