Apple has limited supplies of Apple watch and can be ordered online

April 19, 2015 By Dave Smith Leave a Comment

Apple-WatchApple watch is set to release on April 24th, and Apple fans who want to get their hands on it can preorder the watch online.

Apple is having limited stock for the first several weeks and if one is eagerly waiting for the watch then hurry up and order it online.

Apple is releasing 54 designs and bands along with 2 different sizes but the 2 sizes are not available for all designs.

Before ordering it online, if the customer wants to have a look, touch and feel the watch then they can visit the nearby Apple store where all the designs of watches are available, you can try it but cannot purchase it at the store, you have to come back and order the watch online.

Apple has prepared demonstration trails at the store for the visiting customers.

The watch was available for pre-order from the store and also has the tradition of customers lined up for the copy of the new Apple watch just like for other Apple products like iphones.

But this time Apple stated that the pre-orders taken from the store can be picked up on the launch day but from now onwards all the orders will be made online which will be delivered later.

It is unclear why Apple has limited supply of their watch and how many orders have been made until now, but according to Slice Intelligence over 1 million orders of the watch since the first day has been placed. The day from which online booking started was 10th of April.

The marketing technique used by the company is generating great demand for the product and the company can gain more profit as it becomes sold out and the customers eagerly wanting to see what this hype is all about.

Most of the Apple products which are launched with limited supply has created more demand and customers lined up outside the stores to get the product before it is out of stock.

It is interesting to see if the strategy which worked for all the other Apple products will also work for the new Apple watch.

April 5, 2015 By Dave Smith

Apple-WatchApple is launching its watch and the company is not going to sell the watch to walk-in customers at its launch.

On April 10th Apple is going to offer online pre-sales of its watch with the first deliveries occurring on April 24, the official launch date.

During the meantime customers will be able to try the watch at the apple retail stores.

Apple is not going to allow walk in purchase for the Apple Watch at launch. The customers have to make online “product reservation”.

The “Product reservation” system is used instead of “personal picku” for the Apple watches.

The entry level sport variant priced at $349 and for the high priced Apple Watch Edition the prices begin at $10,000.

Apple will allow walk in purchase after the initial wave of demand has passed.

Tech giant Apple Inc. on Friday released four new videos on its official website offering a detailed look at some of the main features of its ambitious wearable gadget Apple Watch.

The video tutorials, which has been released a week ahead of the starting of presales for the device, will give a general overview of the wearable gadget and its ‘Digital Touch’, ‘Messages’ and ‘Faces’.

The videos are very much similar to the spots that the tech company had created earlier while introducing its iPhone devices.

Close-up shots of Apple Watch on the wrist of a user have been featured in the video, giving closer insight to how to use the device.

“Welcome to Apple Watch. It’s our most personal device yet because it’s the first one you actually wear. It works seamlessly with your iPhone, but it’s a whole new kind of experience,” a voice-over in the Welcome video says.

Apple Inc. will begin taking preorders for its first smartwatch on April 10 at 12:01 am PT. Apple Inc. will begin taking preorders for its first smartwatch on April 10 at 12:01 am PT. The basic Apple Watch Sport version will cost USD 349, while the gold, premium Apple Watch Edition will come with USD 17,000 price tag.

Apple Watch, which is the first new product to be released after Tim Cook took over as company’s Chief Executive Official, will hit the Apple Stores and other department outlets on April 24.

With the release of the tutorial videos, Apple Inc. not only aims to offer consumers a reason to buy its Apple Watch, but also ensure that they don’t get frustrated with the new device and stop using it, a problem that has been commonly witnessed by most of the early wearables.

The Cupertino-based company has also indicated that it will be releasing more tutorials in the future in order to brief about Siri, Maps, music, phone calls, Apple Pay and Apple’s Activity and Workout fitness apps.
