Flakka is the new designer drug hitting Florida. It causes paranoia, hallucinations and violent behavior.

U.S Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has revealed that the number of flakka cases is increasing from 85 cases in 2012 to 670 cases in 2014.

Police said terrible cases of flakka has come forward that include, a man after taking flakka ran outside of his house yelling and ripping his clothes off and it required five men to get him down; a man trying to kick in the glass door at a Fort Lauderable police station.

Flakka can be taken in different ways by snorting, injecting and swallowing. It comes in crystalline form.

The drug will trigger anxiety, paranoia and delusions leading to psychotic state where the victim loses awareness and exhibits violent behavior.

The drug is very cheap at $5 a pop.

The dopamine chemical present in the flakka generates sudden surge of euphoria.

The drug is taken directly by the cells in concentrated matter which gives the stronger effect.

The side effects of Flakka include excited delirium where the body goes into hyperthermia and the body temperature reaches 105 degrees.
