On Wednesday an Oakland County’s 58 year old dad thought that he was having stroke after eating the brownies baked by her daughter the previous night.
The man didn’t know that the brownies contain marijuana, a pshycoactive ingredient.
Firefighters and deputies responded to a medial call, after they arrive at the scene the 17 year daughter told that she has baked the brownies.
The father was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Pontiac.
The brownies were taken to the lab for analysis.
The man was release for the hospital and is expected to be okay.
Mike McCabe of the Oakland County Sherif’s Office said, “Marijuana today is not your marijuana of the 1960s or 70s, the THC level is multiple times more potent. Depending how much marijuana was baked into those brownies, it could lead to someone being violently ill. It could also lead to death.”
